Today's featured dreamer: Thomas Hibner

Hi everyone my name is Thomas Hibner! I am a songwriter/producer and I wrote a song called “That You Mean So Much” when I was 15 years old. This song means a lot to me and hopefully you guys can relate this song towards your life. I feel as writer that I need to paint out a picture for listeners to relate to it. When I first shared my song, “That You Mean So Much” to my family and friends I got a lot of amazing comments. So then I created a myspace page to promote my music. Then, I sent a tweet to Miley Cyrus and I just said let’s give it a shot! When I found out that Miley Tweeted about “That You Mean So Much To Me” I was very surprised. I want to say it was not about the fame during that moment, it really showed what type of person Miley is. After that moment I realized I need to keep on writing and producing songs. Also, Miley Cyrus helped me to believe in myself and I am thankful for that day. So then I got on a radio show called La Talk Radio and the host Max Tucci wanted to interview me because he saw what Miley Cyrus tweeted. Also, I met Miley’s Dad (Billy Ray Cyrus) on February 12, 2011. Also, I have met country singers Pam Tillis and Bucky Covington and they told me to keep on following my dreams without giving up. This is my message for you guys to follow your dreams! You all need to know that anything can happen! I know at first it hard to see it but one day that big break will come to you. I have written and produced 5 songs and I am coming out with some new songs sometime next year. My latest song is called “Home At Last”. I dedicate this song to our brave US soldiers for fighting for our freedom. I know without them we would not be here. So please give your thanks to them and let them know about “Home At Last”.
