MasterCard is on a global hunt for Millennials with high hopes and big ideas for a cashless future. The #internswanted campaign pits college students around the world to compete for internships using social media. Applicants are asked to submit an idea for a product, system, app or technique that can help people go cashless in the future. Successful candidates will validate their application through social media using the #InternsWanted hashtag.
The U.S. campaign will run from March 14 to April 10, 2013. The Canada campaign will run from March 7 to April 7, 2013.
Additional Details on U.S. Internships:
– The internships are paid, full-time opportunities running from June 3rd to August 9th
– Candidates are expected to graduate in 2014 or 2015
– The positions in Purchase, NY are for majors with a focus in Business, Communications, Technology, Information Systems, and Computer Science or Computer Engineering
-The positions in St. Louis, MO are for majors with a focus on Technology, Information Systems, and Computer Science or Computer Engineering
