🌕 Ohhh What A Night It Was - Under the Full Moon, We Gathered to Release & Rest ✨

Our first Full Moon Attune Night was nothing short of magical—a soulful journey to quiet the mind, ground the body, and awaken the spirit. Together, we reflected, flowed, and tapped into the wisdom within.

🌕🧘🏻‍♀️ Phase 1: Reflect & Release Guided by the incredible Marisa Hughes, we cleared mental chatter, released unwanted thoughts, and set intentions with journaling and sage cleansing. @mymotherhoodmap

🌕🧘🏼‍♀️ Phase 2: Flow into Alignment with Brie Mazin’s heart- and hip-opening yoga sequence, we unlocked our chakras and allowed energy to flow freely, leaving us grounded, refreshed, and renewed. @floridayogamama

🌕🧘🏻‍♀️ Phase 3: Tap into the Soul Through gentle hypnosis led by (me) Chelsea Krost, we visited our “tree of knowledge” under the full moon, unlocking clarity, validation, and deepening our connection with intuition. @chelseakrost

✨ This evening reminded us that healing, connection, and empowerment come from within. ✨

No magic wand required—just a circle of powerful women ready to hold space for themselves and each other.

💫Special thanks to our sponsors who made the night extra special!

🥒 Yummy Treats: @fitfoodzcafe

🔮 Soul Swag & Raffle Items: Crystals, Palo Santo, Sage & Skin Care - @changingfacesmakeupdelray & @changingfacesmakeup_rachel

In all honesty, it took me a while to feel ready for pregnancy again. I wish I could say I’m one of those women who loves every moment and feels amazing, but that’s just not my journey- I’ve surrendered to that, backaches, nausea, body changes and all.

For a while, we thought we may be a one-kid family, and there’s something beautiful about that - giving all your love and focus to one little person.

But then there was this undeniable pull, like another little soul was waiting to join our family.

And wouldn’t you know it? Greyson kept telling us his baby sister was coming soon. I believe children are so connected, often in ways we don’t fully understand. ✨

So, over the summer, Jordan and I decided it was time to give it a chance . And just like Greyson said, we’re expecting a baby girl this spring. 🌸

The first girl in the family after four amazing boys. It feels like a dream come true. I just keep thinking of my Grandmother Elaine who I believe made it all happen up there. We will be naming baby girl after you my angel! 🕊️🎀

Wherever you are on your journey, I’m sending love and strength. Being a mom now carrying another little one, has deepened my awe for what our mind and bodies can do - and our infinite ability to expand ourselves and our heart to give to those we love. Women are just incredible! 🌷✨✨✨✨

💞Thank you to my family and my tribe for making this day and this moment so special! Your limitless support, love, and excitement keep me going…💪🏼

Rolling in the dough and cheesing it up! 🍕 Family pizza night was a slice above the rest with our homemade white cheese masterpiece!

Greyson, Jordan, and I had the BEST time making pizza together. He loved the Italian music playing and getting his hands dirty in the flour and dough.

I have noticed that my picky eater will always eat more if he is involved in making his meal.

Gotta love the @publix pre-made pizza dough!

TGIF 🧑🏻‍🍳🍕 bon appétit!

Your transformation could begin now if you choose.🦋

The moment you realize that only you are standing in your own way is the first step towards true growth and change.

Fear is often just a product of our imagination, magnifying obstacles that are smaller and more conquerable than they appear.

Here’s a simple 5-step process to help you self-reflect and identify if fear is holding you back, using NLP techniques:

▶ Identify the Fear: Notice the thoughts or feelings that arise when you think about your goals. Ask yourself what specific outcomes or situations you fear. Journaling these thoughts can help make them clearer.

▶Visualize Success: Imagine achieving your goals and the positive impact on your life. Visualizations can rewire your brain to see these outcomes as achievable, making you more confident and motivated.

▶Challenge Negative Thoughts: Replace limiting beliefs with empowering affirmations.

▶Take Small Actions: Break down your goals into manageable steps and take the first step.

▶Celebrate Progress: Acknowledge and reward yourself for each milestone achieved.

Double tap if this was helpful and if you are dedicated to not letting fear win!

Your inner voice can be your cheerleader or your critic—your call!

Are you fueling yourself with empowerment and motivation or getting lost in self-doubt?

Remember, you hold the reins. And let me tell you, I’m always reminding myself and my clients of this because it’s easy to forget.

But to flip the script, start by tuning into your thoughts and how you talk to yourself.

Here’s the scoop:
- Challenge those negative thoughts—switch ‘em out for positivity! (Identify what’s fact vs “your story”)
- Shower yourself with affirmations, my friend.
- Try journaling or voice notes to hear your thoughts out loud—it’s like a heart-to-heart with yourself.

Research says reshaping those negative thoughts reduces stress and builds resilience. Rewire your mindset, and watch how it shifts your game plan for growth and success.

Remember, no one’s got more power over your mind than you do!

Hit that heart if this hits home! ❤️

#AD Embracing hustle culture led me to my biggest business failure—a challenging time in my life. Yet, it taught me invaluable lessons. We often fear failure, but sometimes it’s the catalyst for breakthroughs.

I once believed constant hustling was the key to success. But in 2020, burnout hit me hard. It forced me to rethink how to tackle my goals with a “work smarter, not harder” approach.

Now, I prioritize intentional breaks and self-care. It was necessary for my well-being and success, shifting from the relentless pursuit of productivity to mindfulness and giving myself more grace.

And you know what helps me recharge and refresh during those breaks? Delicious NESCAFÉ GOLD instant espresso, new at @walmart

My goal is to recognize when I need to step back and recharge so that I can come back stronger and more focused than ever.

Taking breaks and hitting pause isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of mindfulness and self-awareness.

What unique goal are you committed to achieving?

@nescafeusa wants to help make your world what you want it to be and is inviting you to enter the “Your Success Your Way Contest.”

✨How to Enter:
- Tap the contest link in my bio and submit a written description of your goal for a shot at winning $5,000 cash or a $100 Visa gift card from #Nescafe Gold to fuel your ambition!

- The contest runs from April 30th to June 15th.

✨Example Goals:
1. To get certified in a unique skill to add to your business service offerings. I think about the time I went back to school to get my NLP & hypnosis certifications, which has evolved my coaching packages and serves my clients in a greater way.

2. To pursue a passion project and create a book that teaches children about growing your own fruits and vegetables.

3. To start your own FB group, podcast, livestream, or YouTube series about [insert your great idea here!].

Here’s to productivity with passion and purpose! Cheers…☕️

I’m incredibly grateful for a feature in @forbes that came out this week, a reminder of the leap of faith I took just a few years back. (Link in stories) ✨✨

With 15 years working in media and marketing, wearing multiple hats as talent, creator, and coach-consultant, I felt a magnetic pull to explore the power of the mind.

In 2021, I made the bold decision to return to school to delve into the realms of #NLP and #hypnosis. It’s proven to be one of the most enriching experiences, not just for myself, but for my family and business too.

Initially, I hesitated to share my journey, fearing it might seem too radical a shift, inviting skepticism and confusion.

However, as I witnessed over and over again with my coaching clients (really everyone), mindset barriers like fear, self-doubt, and perfectionism were relentless obstacles to their success.

Discovering how hypnosis could serve as a potent tool to facilitate profound shifts in thought patterns, emotions, and productivity was like finding the missing piece of my puzzle. It was a moment of clarity that reaffirmed my path.

Today, I celebrate the journey of self-discovery and the deep fulfillment that arises from aligning with one’s true purpose. I encourage you to find and pursue yours.

Here’s to embracing our inner compasses and courageously pursuing our passions. 🧘🏻‍♀️

#AD I’ve never been one to stick to the same old routine. I always wanted to do things my own way. Like when I was just 16, I pitched this radio show called Teen Talk Live to Clear Channel Studios. Crazy, right? But that show ended up changing my whole life and kickstarting a career I never even dreamed of.

Then, a few years back, I became a mom, and everything shifted. Suddenly, it felt like I was constantly on the go, rushing from one thing to the next. I didn’t like how it felt, so I knew I had to find my groove as a working mom. And you wanna know what made all the difference? Setting up some morning rituals to kick start my day right.

Enter New NESCAFÉ GOLD instant espresso, it helps bring me to life and is the fuel I need for a successful day. After a sip of that magic brew, I turn to the rituals that help me get my head straight, take care of myself, and just simply make me happy.

Now, at 33, I feel like I’ve struck gold. I get to run my business from home, so I can be there for my son.

@nescafeusa not only fuels my ambition but also gives me the freedom to enjoy those special moments with my loved ones. Embrace those mornings, set your intentions, and make each day count!

#NESCAFE GOLD instant espresso is ready to fill your cup, now available in @walmart across the country. Check out the link in my bio to elevate your coffee experience, no machine necessary!

Meet my “Holy Trinity” for navigating mom life and work hustle…oh ya, and looking great too!

After I had Greyson, it felt like my brain and body were on the brink of extinction.

Being a mom and getting back to work? Cue the overwhelm.

My energy and focus? MIA.

Getting back to normal? Let's just say it felt like pushing through dense fog with no exit in sight. Cue the panic.

After months on the struggle bus I turned inward, grounded myself in meditation, and knew I needed to find a solution that nurtured me and fueled me mentally and physically.

With the right “cocktail” you can navigate through the messy, marvelous mom and work moments.

I found the fix!

🧠AXIO by @lifevantage: My brain's BFF, adios brain fog! Mental endurance, focus, mood swings - all covered. A power-up without extra calories or jitters. Friends and fam tried it, loved it, and ordered their own.

🙌🏼TrueScience® Liquid Collagen by LifeVantage: Battle scars? This is the game-changer. C-section scar? Smaller, lighter, smoother. Plus, collagen fights aging like a superhero. Kickboxing and Yoga recovery? Faster.

🧘🏻‍♀️@golinutrition: Evening ritual for relaxation. Gummies for better sleep. Sweet treat because, why not?

Sharing these gems because I get desperation—it's no joke!

💭Comment "ME" for more info on these lifesavers.

Cheers to feeling good, looking good, and showing up as our best self, Xx

Whether you’re an entrepreneur or a multitasking working mom, seizing every advantage matters, am I right?

After 8 years of helping entrepreneurs build money-making personal brands, a recurring need emerged among every client, especially since the pandemic.

Before diving into strategy, it was crucial for my clients to overcome limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns that were keeping them STUCK.

Think about it, if mental obstacles are holding back your abilities, how much success can you truly achieve?

This a-ha moment became my inspiration to get my certification in NLP & Hypnosis. It was time for a deeper dive into harnessing the power of our mindset.
