🌕 Ohhh What A Night It Was - Under the Full Moon, We Gathered to Release & Rest ✨

Our first Full Moon Attune Night was nothing short of magical—a soulful journey to quiet the mind, ground the body, and awaken the spirit. Together, we reflected, flowed, and tapped into the wisdom within.

🌕🧘🏻‍♀️ Phase 1: Reflect & Release Guided by the incredible Marisa Hughes, we cleared mental chatter, released unwanted thoughts, and set intentions with journaling and sage cleansing. @mymotherhoodmap

🌕🧘🏼‍♀️ Phase 2: Flow into Alignment with Brie Mazin’s heart- and hip-opening yoga sequence, we unlocked our chakras and allowed energy to flow freely, leaving us grounded, refreshed, and renewed. @floridayogamama

🌕🧘🏻‍♀️ Phase 3: Tap into the Soul Through gentle hypnosis led by (me) Chelsea Krost, we visited our “tree of knowledge” under the full moon, unlocking clarity, validation, and deepening our connection with intuition. @chelseakrost

✨ This evening reminded us that healing, connection, and empowerment come from within. ✨

In all honesty, it took me a while to feel ready for pregnancy again. I wish I could say I’m one of those women who loves every moment and feels amazing, but that’s just not my journey- I’ve surrendered to that, backaches, nausea, body changes and all.

For a while, we thought we may be a one-kid family, and there’s something beautiful about that - giving all your love and focus to one little person.

But then there was this undeniable pull, like another little soul was waiting to join our family.

And wouldn’t you know it? Greyson kept telling us his baby sister was coming soon. I believe children are so connected, often in ways we don’t fully understand. ✨

So, over the summer, Jordan and I decided it was time to give it a chance . And just like Greyson said, we’re expecting a baby girl this spring. 🌸

The first girl in the family after four amazing boys. It feels like a dream come true. I just keep thinking of my Grandmother Elaine who I believe made it all happen up there. We will be naming baby girl after you my angel! 🕊️🎀

Wherever you are on your journey, I’m sending love and strength. Being a mom now carrying another little one, has deepened my awe for what our mind and bodies can do - and our infinite ability to expand ourselves and our heart to give to those we love. Women are just incredible! 🌷✨✨✨✨

Rolling in the dough and cheesing it up! 🍕 Family pizza night was a slice above the rest with our homemade white cheese masterpiece!

Greyson, Jordan, and I had the BEST time making pizza together. He loved the Italian music playing and getting his hands dirty in the flour and dough.

I have noticed that my picky eater will always eat more if he is involved in making his meal.

Gotta love the @publix pre-made pizza dough!

With 15 years working in media and marketing, wearing multiple hats as talent, creator, and coach-consultant, I felt a magnetic pull to explore the power of the mind.

In 2021, I made the bold decision to return to school to delve into the realms of #NLP and #hypnosis. It’s proven to be one of the most enriching experiences, not just for myself, but for my family and business too.

Initially, I hesitated to share my journey, fearing it might seem too radical a shift, inviting skepticism and confusion.

However, as I witnessed over and over again with my coaching clients (really everyone), mindset barriers like fear, self-doubt, and perfectionism were relentless obstacles to their success.

Discovering how hypnosis could serve as a potent tool to facilitate profound shifts in thought patterns, emotions, and productivity was like finding the missing piece of my puzzle. It was a moment of clarity that reaffirmed my path.
