After I had Greyson, it felt like my brain and body were on the brink of extinction.

Being a mom and getting back to work? Cue the overwhelm.

My energy and focus? MIA.

I had a conversation with a friend the other day that really stuck out to me.

During our catch up she was constantly comparing herself and her business to others on social media and she was about to talk herself out of completing a new project set to launch in the New Year.

I hear this constant comparison soooo often with my coaching clients and friends and I just want to broadcast this message at the highest volume possible!

Comaprison is the thief of joy and progress! 📣📣📣

It’s so easy to get wrapped up in the social media storm that distorts our perception of reality. 🌪️

And while you may catch yourself comparing your life, body, relationship, finances, business, and even your children to someone else - just remember you don’t know the ins, outs, ups, downs, tantrums, and bribes they went through to get there. 🙃

You are only seeing the highlights that are edited and then shared!

Stop comparing and START COMPLETING whatever it is

Say Goodbye to Back Pain with My Life-Changing New Year’s Resolution!

After having Greyson 2 years ago my back just has not been the same and it was driving me nuts. The pain was affecting my productivity, mood, and energy level.

And who’s got time for that...not me!

That’s why I made some serious changes for the new year, and let me tell you, I’m LOVING it.

I traded in my boring chair for a fancy-pants treadmill and stand-up desk, and the results have been amazing.

Within the first 72 hours, I burned 830 calories, walked 19,900 steps at 2.5 speed, and got a ton of work done. But most importantly, I could feel my back thanking me for the switch-up, and a boost in my mood and energy. ⚡️⚡️⚡️
