This Summer, Millennials officially became the largest population in the country.
As many Millennials have become increasingly “turned off by politics“, it’s more important than ever for us to inform ourselves and truly understand the issues as well as the views of the 2016 presidential candidates. 50% of Millennials don’t align themselves with a particular political party.
This Wednesday at 8 pm ET, #MillennialTalk Blab Chat will be dissecting Tuesday’s Republican GOP Debate with 2 Millennials, Yvonne Dean-Bailey, Republican and New Hampshire’s State Representative for Rockingham’s 32 district and Alex Law, Democratic Candidate for the US House of Representatives from New Jersey’s 1st District.
Yvonne Dean-Bailey is a State Representative from Northwood, New Hampshire. She is 19 years old and is the youngest Republican woman ever elected to the New Hampshire House of Representatives.
Alex Law is a 24 year old progressive running for the Democratic nomination for US Congress in New Jersey’s 1st Congressional District. Alex is a product of South Jersey’s public school system after which he attended NYU’s Stern School of Business. Following academia, Alex worked as a strategy consultant for IBM. His campaign has already knocked on 20,000 doors in his district as Alex attempts to become the youngest Congressman elected since 1974.
